Overall, though, we didn’t see a lot of accounts we thought were fake, but that’s also tough to tell. I signed up in 2013 when moved to new area….was on trial for 6 months..never net anyone from it…emailed a couple of people mostly nothing. Beware of Ourtime.com and it’s auto renewal. I was charged $110 for a six month membership as I was unaware of the auto renewal, There is not way to contact Ourtime for a refund other than sending them a letter. I can’t believe what a rip-off experience I am going through. I signed up for 1 month and was charged for 6!!!!!! I don’t know what else I can do except to give bad publicity until someone from that company contacts me.
I feel OT and L&S are doing this because I believe they are hemorrhaging customers. My basis for my view is because, contrasted to a month ago, the L&S renewal fee is almost half what it was with OT’s renewal fees about 40% less. Buried in “My account” is a box labelled “Account Status”. When you first pull it up, the auto renewal is fixed to “Yes”.
I got the 6 months “best value” and had the following problems. On the matches; I kept getting the same ladies and no way to lock them out;( do you really want to pay $60 and keep getting your exwife’s photo?). On chat; I kept getting ages outside of my range and distances 2000 miles away; shouldn’t you start closer and work out?.
